We’ll Come to You

Coaching at your home, your field, or your team’s facility anywhere around North Austin, on your own or with a small group you bring. Every one of these is quoted individually, because what it costs depends on where you are and what you already have to train with.

Most of our one-to-one coaching happens in our own studio, which is both cheaper for you and easier to schedule. Coming to you is worth it when there is a real reason, equipment you already own, an athlete who cannot travel, or a group at their own facility.

Two Ways We Come to You

On your own

One-to-One at Your Location

A coach at your house, your garage, your yard, or your athlete’s field. Everything a personal training session normally involves, delivered where you already are. Sixty minutes minimum, quoted with travel included before you commit to anything.

  • 60 minutes minimum
  • Quoted before you book

With your people

Private Pods

Two to six people you already know, family, teammates, friends, neighbors, in a closed session nobody else can book into. One price for the whole pod, split however you like. Adults or teens.

  • One price for the group
  • Adults or teens

When This Makes Sense

You have the space

A Garage, a Yard, or a Home Gym

If you already own equipment and a place to use it, we can coach you in it. Plenty of people buy a rack and then quietly stop using it because nobody ever showed them how to program or how to move. That is a solvable problem and it does not require you to go anywhere.

Young athletes

At Your Home or Their Field

Athletes under 18 train outdoors, at their own home, or at their team’s facility; never at a coach’s home. For a session at a residence we ask that a parent or guardian is present and on the property throughout.

  • Parent present for under-18 sessions

A group at your site

Teams and Clubs

A full roster at one location is quoted per session for the whole group rather than per athlete, and sold in blocks matched to a season. That is a different product from a pod, and it has its own page.

Private Pods

A pod is a group you bring yourself. It is the cheapest route to private-standard coaching we offer, and the one people stick with longest.

Your people only

A Closed Session

Nobody joins your pod. Same faces every session, so progressions carry from one week to the next instead of restarting for whoever showed up. Coaching gets sharper the longer a coach works with the same small group.

Cost

One Price, Split Between You

You pay for the pod, not per person. Four people in a pod pay a fraction each of what one-on-one costs, for coaching that is still close to individual attention. It also means one person dropping out does not change what everyone else agreed to.

Accountability

Nobody Skips on Their Friends

The reason pods work is not the price. It is that three other people are waiting for you at 6am. Pods finish blocks at a rate open groups do not come close to.

2 to 3 people

Small Pod

Close to one-on-one. Enough eyes on each person to correct technique rep by rep, which makes this the right size for anyone new to lifting, coming back from an injury, or chasing a specific number.

  • Near-individual attention

4 to 6 people

Large Pod

Best value per person, and the more enjoyable session, enough of a group for competitive work, partner drills and relays. Still small enough that every rep gets seen.

  • Lowest cost per person

How It Works

One person organizes. Get in touch first with who is training, roughly where you are, and which days work, we confirm we can cover that slot, quote it including travel, and only then do you pay. Once it is booked we add every session to the schedule and it runs at the same time each week for the length of the block.

Everyone training signs a waiver once, online, and can then see their sessions from their own account. Where anyone under 18 is training at a residence, we ask that a parent or guardian is present throughout.

If your group is two or three adults and you would rather come to us, look at semi-private personal training in our studio instead, same idea, no travel cost, and easier to schedule.

How Pricing Works

A session at your location costs the studio rate plus a travel amount based on round-trip drive time. We quote it before you commit and it never changes on you afterwards. There is no published table because Austin traffic makes twenty minutes and forty minutes the same distance on the map, and we would rather quote your actual address than a zip code.

Note that pay-what-you-can does not apply here. Studio sessions carry a regular rate and a minimum you can choose between; anything involving travel is quoted at a fixed rate, because the drive is a real cost we cannot scale to what someone chooses to pay.

Two things worth knowing up front. Travelling sessions are 60 minutes minimum, a half-hour session with a fifty-minute round trip attached is a poor trade for both of us. And past roughly an hour’s drive each way we will usually tell you honestly that it does not make sense, and point you at remote coaching or the studio instead.

What We Bring

Enough to run a real session almost anywhere: bands, dumbbells or kettlebells within reason, agility and speed equipment, and everything needed for testing. What we cannot bring is a squat rack, so if heavy barbell work is the goal and you do not own the equipment for it, the studio is the better answer and we will say so rather than sell you a worse session.

Already Spoken to Us?

Once we have confirmed your slot and quoted it, pay here. Pick the pod size and block length we agreed, four weeks to get started, or six for a full training cycle, which is where physical change becomes measurable. If you have not spoken to us yet, use the form below first.

Bookend Your Block With Testing

Training in fixed blocks makes it easy to measure real change. Anyone training with us can add performance testing, speed, agility, and vertical, with video analysis, before a block starts and again when it ends. Booked one-to-one, because a group trains together but every athlete tests alone.

Tell Us Where You Are

Give us your neighborhood, who is training, what equipment you already have, and roughly when. We will come back with an honest answer about whether it works, what it would cost including travel, and whether the studio would serve you better.
