Youth and Adult One-on-One personal training offers exclusive training time. With your coach’s full attention, it will allow us to get very detailed with workout execution, form and mechanical corrections. One-on-one personal training includes:
- Customized training plan based on individual goals
- Exclusive training time
- Maximum accountability
- On-going assessments to check for progress
- Plans are updated every 4-6 weeks
- Workout tracking
- Nutrition accountability
- 45 and 90minute options available
- For Youth 12yrs or younger: Best suited option is 45min 1-on-1 option
