Small-group workouts for high level athletes (Ages 15-18) looking to build strength, power, and athleticism. Designed for those with a strong foundation and work ethic.  Workouts will target general full-body strength, explosive power, speed & agility for all sports. Try the first class for free!

For ages 14 & up. Our personal training is offered in a semi-private format, where athletes may share a time block with 2–4 others while still receiving individualized programming tailored to their sport and goals. This approach allows for focused coaching, accountability, and skill development in a structured training environment.
