YOUTH ATHLETIC GROUP
Drop-In: $40/class | Monthly: $35/class
📅 Tues/Thurs: 10:30-1130AM and 5-6PM
Small group options for ages 10-12, a critical developmental stage for athletic coordination. General fitness, overall athletic development. Coordination, work ethic, confidence, speed and agility.

KID ATHLETIC FOUNDATIONS
Drop-In: $40/class | Monthly: $35/class
📅 Mon/Wed: 9:30-10:30AM and 5-6PM
Small groups for ages 7-9, a critical developmental stage for athletic coordination. Confidence, movement mechanics, fast-twitch development, athletic development and general overall fitness.
REMOTE PERSONAL TRAINING

Need a flexible remote option? Your child can follow safe, structured training through our app at home, in a local gym, or as a hybrid option with periodic check-ins to keep training on track. Choose from pre-designed workouts or customized programs with clear exercise guidance, form cues, modifications, and progression support for long-term athletic development.

Limited availability. Our 1-on-1 personal training is designed for young athletes who need more focused coaching, fine-detail work, specific goal development, or special scheduling accommodations. Each session provides individualized instruction to improve movement quality, coordination, age-appropriate strength, speed, confidence, and long-term athletic development.
