Summer time is the perfect time to dial in volleyball training to improve strength, agility and jumping power! This summer we’ll have groups for youth AND high school athletes! For athletes that want a more personalized training, we have our semi-private and remote training options. Details Below!


Youth Athletic Group

Ages: 10-13, boys & girls
Group Size Capped at 8
Schedule: Flexible, 1-3x per week options
M/T/W/Th at 5-6pm



High School Volleyball Athletes

Ages: 14+ boys & girls
Group Size Capped at 10 Athletes
Set Schedule: 3 x Per Week
Mon/Tues/Thurs: 11am-12:15pm

-Jun 3rd-June 27th: $420 (Registration Deadline: May 20th)
-July 1st – July 25th $420 (Registration Deadline: June 17th)

Semi-Private Personal Training

For athletes that want a more personalized training experience. Options include 45 and 60-minute sessions, starting with 1 x per week up to 4 x per week.

Ages: 14+
Ratio: 1-4 athletes/coach
Schedule: Flexible AM & PM Options
Mon – Thurs & Sat AM



Remote Personal Training

For athletes that don’t live in the Austin area, we offer our Remote Training Option. We create a customized training program that incorporates the type of equipment the athletes has available at home or a local gym. We do check-ins on the phone or through zoom, we are available to answer any questions, and can do form checks as needed. Learn More
