This High School summer training group will focus on improving strength, power, vertical jump, and quickness in ways that typical large summer group programs can’t. This will be a small group setting, limited spots available. Athletes will have the option to continue beyond the summer.

32 pre-designed workouts that include athletic movements, barbel and dumbbell exercises, plus home and travel workouts. Workouts focus on building strength, balance, coordination, power. You'll have a designated coach to answer any questions and keep you accountable!
