THIS IS NOT a P90X or Zoom aerobics class workout. These workouts are designed by USATF and Nationally certified personal trainers and coaches specifically to develop the general strength, speed, power, and flexibility needed to run with proper, minimize the risk of injuries, and maximize potential.
- Duration: 30-60min workouts

- Type: Full body strength, core endurance, running rhythm & coordination exercises, and mobility
