The remote track and field program was created for developing athletes. This is not a P90x aerobics class. This is a program created by USATF coaches who are also nationally certified personal trainers designed specifically to develop foundational strength, power, speed, and flexibility of the developing track athlete.
- 5 workouts per week, 8 week programs
- Light to medium dumbbells needed
- Athletes can communicate directly with us for expert level guidance
- Track your progress in the app
- Workouts are pre-scheduled
- Coaches provide accountability through regular communication
