Use our powerful smartphone App to access and follow our training program designed for developing track athletes. Programs progress in 8 week periods. Each program has 5 workouts per week pre-scheduled on the athletes training calendar. This is better and more specific for the track athlete, unlike a P90X or Zoom aerobics class workout.  Our programs are designed by USATF coaches & Nationally certified personal trainers. Created specifically for track athletes.

The remote track and field program was created for developing athletes. This is not a P90x aerobics class. This is a program created by USATF coaches who are also nationally certified personal trainers designed specifically to develop foundational strength, power, speed, and flexibility of the developing track athlete.

  • 5 workouts per week, 8 week programs
  • Light to medium dumbbells needed
  • Athletes can communicate directly with us for expert level guidance
