Elite/Travel Group Training

Group training for Roots elite and travel teams. This weekly, 45min group training program will focus on improving strength, power, vertical jump, and quickness. Athletes will have the option to continue beyond the season.

Workouts are scheduled on Mon & Wed 6:30pm – 7:15pm, Tues 5:30-6:15p (13B&14B *only). Athletes have the option of choosing 1-day or 2-day a week group training schedule. The monthly price is discounted to $96 for 1-day and $192 for the 2-day option.

This group program is designed for participation by all Roots Elite/Travel athletes interested in adding volleyball specific strength, jumping power, agility training.

 

ADDITIONAL TRAINING OPTIONS

We also offer Semi-Private Training for athletes that want a more personalized training experience. Options include 45 and 60-minute sessions, starting with 1 x per week up to 4 x per week. Learn More

For athletes that can’t get here due to location, we offer our Remote Training Option. We create a customized training program that incorporates the type of equipment the athletes has available at home or a local gym. We do check-ins on the phone or through zoom, we are available to answer any questions, and can do form checks and in-person check-ins as needed. Learn More
