This weekly group is designed to address the most common challenges adults face—motivation, workout boredom, and consistency. It’s created to bring energy, accountability, fun, and intensity to your regular fitness routine.
The group meets once a week on Saturday mornings from 9 AM to 10 AM.
This program is for intermediate-level adults. You can expect to engage in sprints, agility drills, core work, cardio, and strength exercises. If you are unable to jog continuously for 5 minutes, this group may not be a good fit for you.
