This weekly training group is designed to tackle common fitness challenges adults face staying motivated, overcoming workout boredom, and building consistency. Our sessions bring energy, accountability, fun, and intensity to keep your fitness routine engaging and effective.
📅 When: Saturdays, 9:30-10:30AM
🏃♂️ Who It’s For: Beginner to Intermediate level adults looking to improve overall strength, body composition, and fitness with a blend of conventional and athletic movements.
Each session includes a mix of sprints, agility drills, core work, cardio, and strength exercises.
