We’re excited to roll out new summer small-group sessions for high school, teen, and youth athletes—designed to boost speed, strength, and athleticism for all sports. We have groups for ages 7-18, view all options below.

Elite HS Athletic (Ages 15 & up)

Schedule: 📅 Mon/Wed: 630-745PM | ⏳ Small group, limited to 8 athletes

Small-group workouts for serious athletes (ages 15–18) looking to build overall athleticism and full body strength, explosive power.

Specialized Speed Sessions

Schedule: 📅 Sundays: 10:30-1145am | ⏳ Small group, limited to 8 athletes

Focused small group purely dedicated to acceleration, top-end speed, and change-of-direction work (ages 14–18).

Teen Athletic Group

Schedule: 📅 Tues: 630pm-745pm, Sat: 1015-1130am | ⏳ Small group, limited to 12 athletes

Ages 13–15: foundational training to develop speed, agility, strength, and power for young athletes.

Youth Athletic Group

Schedule: 📅 Tues/Thurs, 5:00 – 6:00 PM | ⏳ Small group, limited to 12 athletes

Athletic coordination, power, and speed are best developed during a key neuromuscular “window of opportunity” in prepubescent athletes. During this stage, the nervous system is highly adaptable, making it the ideal time to refine movement patterns, improve reaction speed, and build explosive power.

KidAthletic Foundation

Schedule: 📅 Mon/Wed, 5:00 – 6:00 PM | ⏳ Small group, limited to 12 athletes

Small‐group training for ages 7–9 focused on the building blocks of athleticism: coordination, balance, basic movement skills, and confidence. Through fun, game‐based drills and age-appropriate exercises, we help kids develop:

  • Fundamental Athleticism
    Athletic coordination, speed & change of direction mechanics, jump development, intention of movement, bodyweight strength

📲 Remote Personal Training

A great option for athletes who don’t live nearby or have busy schedules. Using our training app, we design tailored workouts based on sport, position, goals, injury history, and available equipment (home or gym). View Options

We take a balanced, results-driven approach to developing athletes. Unlike many programs that focus on high-volume conditioning disguised as “jump training” or “strength” training, our methods are built on proven, structured, and progressive athletic development.

Athletes juggle school, training, and club sports, often leading to overtraining or training gaps. We ensure our programming complements their full workload by addressing what’s often missing—whether that’s mobility, movement mechanics, or proper recovery.

📊 MEASURABLE

You can’t improve what you don’t track. We start with performance testing, establish a baseline, and track progress through planned, written, and structured workouts. Athletes are regularly reevaluated to ensure continued progress.
