Elite HS Athletic (Ages 15+)

Schedule: 📅 Mon/Thurs: 10:30-11:45am & 6:30-7:45PM | Small Group

Designed for high school athletes who are serious about getting better, this group is elite in mindset first. Training focuses on overall athletic development through full-body strength, explosive power, speed, agility, and movement quality to help athletes build the physical foundation needed to perform at a higher level.

Jump Training (Ages 15-18)

Schedule: 📅 Fridays: 6:30-7:45pm | Small group

Designed for high school athletes in volleyball, basketball, and other jumping sports, this group focuses on improving jump performance through advanced training exercises and fundamental jumping mechanics. Athletes will develop strength, power, coordination, and technique to help them jump higher, move better, and perform more explosively.

Speed Sessions (Ages 14+)

Schedule: 📅 Tue: 9:00-10:15am & 6:30-7:45pm, Sat: 10:30-1145am | Small group

Designed for athletes ages 14 and up, this group focuses solely on developing linear speed. Training emphasizes acceleration mechanics, top speed mechanics, and key under-trained areas such as hip flexor strength, ankle stiffness, hamstring strength, and core control to help athletes run faster, move more efficiently, and improve sprint performance.

Teen Athletic Group (Ages 13-15)

Schedule: 📅 Wed: 10:30-11:45am & 630pm-745pm, Sat: 1030-1145am | Small group

Designed for athletes ages 13–15, this group focuses on building overall athleticism and full-body strength. Training teaches foundational movement mechanics while gradually introducing more advanced exercises to help teens move better, get stronger, and develop the physical foundation needed for sports and long-term athletic growth.

Youth Athletic Group (Ages 10-12)

Schedule: 📅 Tues/Thurs: 10:30-1130am & 5:00-6:00pm | Small group

Athletic coordination, power, and speed are best developed during a key neuromuscular “window of opportunity” in prepubescent athletes. During this stage, the nervous system is highly adaptable, making it the ideal time to refine movement patterns, improve reaction speed, and build explosive power.

KidAthletic Foundation (Ages 7-9)

Elementary aged kids training speed at an athletic training facility.

Schedule: 📅 Mon/Wed: 9:30-10:30am & 5:00-6:00pm | Small group

Small‐group training for ages 7–9 focused on the building blocks of athleticism: coordination, balance, basic movement skills, and confidence. Through fun, game‐based drills and age-appropriate exercises, we help kids develop:

  • Fundamental Athleticism
    Athletic coordination, speed & change of direction mechanics, jump development, intention of movement, bodyweight strength
