Adult Athletic
Schedule: 📅 Tues/: 5:30PM | Sat: 930-1030AM
This small to mid-sized group class is designed to help adults stay motivated, avoid workout boredom, and build lasting consistency. Ideal for beginner to intermediate individuals, each session blends athletic-style movements with foundational strength work to improve endurance, coordination, and overall fitness. Expect accountability, fun, and just the right amount of intensity to keep your routine both challenging and engaging.
Elite HS Athletic (Ages 15 & up)
Schedule: 📅 Mon/Wed: 630-745PM | ⏳ Small group, limited to 8 athletes
Small-group workouts for serious athletes (ages 15–18) looking to build overall athleticism and full body strength, explosive power.
Specialized Speed Sessions (Ages 14+)
Schedule: 📅 Sundays: 10:30-1145am | ⏳ Small group, limited to 8 athletes
Focused small group purely dedicated to acceleration, quickness, and top-end speed. For all sports that utilize speed.
Teen Athletic Group (Ages 13-15)
Schedule: 📅 Tues: 630pm-745pm, Sat: 1030-1145am | ⏳ Small group, limited to 12 athletes
A small to mid-sized group training program for ages 13-15, designed to build general speed, agility, strength, and power for teen athletes in all sports.
Youth Athletic Group (Ages 10-13)
Schedule: 📅 Tues/Thurs, 5:00 – 6:00 PM | ⏳ Small group, limited to 12 athletes
Athletic coordination, power, and speed are best developed during a key neuromuscular “window of opportunity” in prepubescent athletes. During this stage, the nervous system is highly adaptable, making it the ideal time to refine movement patterns, improve reaction speed, and build explosive power.
KidAthletic Foundation (Ages 7-9)
Schedule: 📅 Mon/Wed, 5:00 – 6:00 PM | ⏳ Small group, limited to 12 athletes
Small‐group training for ages 7–9 focused on the building blocks of athleticism: coordination, balance, basic movement skills, and confidence. Through fun, game‐based drills and age-appropriate exercises, we help kids develop:

Fundamental Athleticism
Athletic coordination, speed & change of direction mechanics, jump development, intention of movement, bodyweight strength
