ADULT ATHLETIC GROUP
This weekly small to mid-sized group class is designed to help adults stay motivated, avoid workout boredom, and build lasting consistency. Ideal for beginner to intermediate individuals, each session blends athletic-style movements with foundational strength work to improve endurance, coordination, and overall fitness. Expect accountability, fun, and just the right amount of intensity to keep your routine both challenging and engaging.
📅 When: Tuesdays 5:30-6:30PM & Saturdays 9:30-10:30AM
