ADULT ATHLETIC GROUP

This weekly group is designed to address the most common challenges adults face—motivation, workout boredom, and consistency. It’s created to bring energy, accountability, fun, and intensity to your regular fitness routine.

The group meets Saturday mornings from 9 AM to 10 AM.

This group is for intermediate-level adults. You will do sprints, agility drills, core work, cardio, and strength exercises. If you are not able to jog continuously for 5 minutes, this group may not be a good fit for you.

SINGLE SESSION DROP-INS

Single session drop-ins needs to be scheduled at least 24hrs in advance and must be used within 30-days.

Get a discount when you sign up for our monthly plan. Payments will be prorated to the 1st of the month. Since classes are held only once a week and there are no opportunities for make-ups, refunds will be provided for holidays or class cancellations. This is a month-to-month plan with no contracts, and you can cancel anytime.
