YOUTH ATHLETIC GROUP

Small-group training for ages 10-13 designed to develop coordination, speed, and explosive power during a key athletic development stage. Our expert-led sessions focus on sprint mechanics, agility, jumping technique and age-appropriate strength training – helping young athletes build a strong foundation for all sports. Small‐group training for ages 7–9 focused on the building athleticism though fun, engaging and age-appropriate training. Using game-based drills and intentional movement, we focus on speed mechanics, change of direction, jumping skills and bodyweight strength – giving young athletes the tools they need to move well and build lifelong physical confidence. Don’t live close to our facility? Your child can still train with expert guidance using our training app, whether at home or a local gym. We offer both pre-designed workouts and customized programs, allowing you to take your child through safe, structured, and effective training—without the guesswork.

Through our app, we provide more than just a plan—we equip you with expert coaching tools to ensure proper execution. You will learn:

How & when to appropriately modify exercises
Focus on key form cues but not overcorrecting
How to safely progress workouts when it’s time
