YOUTH ATHLETIC GROUP

$40/session (Single Session) $35/session (Monthly)

Monday-Thursday, 5-6 PM. Small groups, limited to 8 kids. Designed for ages 10-13, this program introduces and develops multi-directional movement, athletic coordination, full-body strength, work ethic, and self-confidence. Try your first class for free!

Saturdays, 10:15–11:30 AM. Small groups limited to around 10 athletes. Designed for ages 13–15, this program focuses on developing multi-directional movement, athletic coordination, full-body strength, work ethic, and self-confidence. Try your first class for free!

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

$45-50/session

For ages 15 and up. Experience a cost-effective alternative to one-on-one personal training while still benefiting from personalized programming and accountability. Sessions are available in a 5:1 ratio, with 45-60 minute options.

We can design a personalized program for your home or neighborhood gym. Through our training app, you’ll have access to curated workouts from our Workout Library or a custom program tailored to your unique needs.
