The off-season is your time to put in the work to separate yourself from the competition. This summer, we are hosting a volleyball camp for High School Volleyball players, boys & girls. EFFECTIVE TRAINING
Having a higher vertical isn’t achieved by doing tons of box jumps. With our summer camp you will go through a comprehensive jump training program! You will develop full body strength, improve your bilateral and unilateral leg strength, and you will learn how to lift and move with intent, to properly develop power and quickness.
Performance Testing
You can’t improve what you don’t track. Our summer training program is designed to improve the skills that are important to you and your sport/position. We will do baseline testing and retest at the end of the training period. We won’t waste your time doing pointless workouts that we can’t track and won’t help you improve!
You’ll have the option to continue training beyond this summer program.
