75-Minute Small Group Training for Ages 13-15
Join our personalized small group training sessions, capped at 8-10 athletes, specifically designed for youth aged 13-15. This program focuses on developing running speed, jumping power, and overall athleticism through targeted strength, plyometric, and athletic performance training.
Strength Training:
Our experienced trainers will teach the fundamentals of strength training, focusing on proper form, while developing strength and explosive power.
Athletic Coordination:
Coordination is a crucial and often challenging skill to develop in young athletes. Through patient guidance and engaging exercises, we make learning this vital skill both effective and enjoyable.
Speed & Power:
While speed and power have a genetic component, our program focuses on maximizing these attributes by enhancing mental focus, encouraging maximum effort, and teaching how to coordinate the body to generate optimal power and speed.
