Our semi-private personal training offers a cost-effective alternative to one-on-one coaching while still providing personalized programming and expert guidance. Athletes train independently, following a personalized program while sharing a time block with up to four others. Coaches provide instruction, feedback, and accountability throughout each session, ensuring athletes stay on track and progress toward their goals.
Your athlete will receive a full assessment, a structured training program tailored to their sport and goals, and ongoing coaching to ensure progress. Whether they need to get stronger, move faster, or develop overall athleticism, this program provides the support and accountability needed to excel.
