The HS Elite Athletic Performance program is built for serious high school athletes ready to take their overall strength, power, and athleticism to the next level. This is not an entry-level program—it’s for athletes with a strong foundation who want to refine their skills in a competitive, high-performance training environment. Sessions are designed to enhance full-body strength, explosive power, and speed to improve performance in any sport.
What to Expect:
- Strength & Power Development – Progressive barbell and explosive strength training to build resilience and force production.
- Speed & Acceleration Mechanics – High-level sprint mechanics and explosive start training for improved on-field speed.
- Elite-Level Training Environment – Train alongside other highly motivated athletes in a focused, competitive atmosphere.
Schedule Options:
🗓 Monday & Wednesday | 6:30-7:45 PM – Primary strength, power, and speed development sessions.
Additional Training Options (Drop-In or Add-On):
🔥 Speed Sundays – Max velocity sprinting, agility, and acceleration training.
🚀 Jump Training – Targeted sessions to improve vertical and horizontal power output.
