The Gym Use Fee provides clients of Independent Contractors access to Outright Fitness LLC’s professional-grade training facility exclusively during scheduled personal training sessions. This fee supports the maintenance of a clean, safe, and well-equipped environment for your workouts under the supervision of your trainer.

With over 10,000 square feet of space, Outright Fitness features turf areas, strength equipment, and athletic training tools tailored to meet a variety of training needs. Access is limited to the duration of your scheduled session, ensuring a focused and controlled training experience.

 

Features include:

  • Facility use limited to your scheduled training session with your personal trainer.
  • Access to professional-grade equipment maintained for safety and performance.
  • Specialized areas such as the batting cage area are available if not otherwise reserved.

 

Important Information:

  • This is a self-managed account. You are responsible for terminating this monthly fee if you are no longer working with your trainer at Outright Fitness.
  • Access is restricted to training sessions scheduled with your trainer and does not include independent gym use.
  • The Gym Use Fee is non-refundable and required for all clients training with Independent Contractors.
  • If you’re interested in full access to our facility outside of your personal training sessions, you may apply for a regular gym membership. Approval is based on perceived client safety to use the space independently and the availability of spots for new members.
