We hear you, we see you! Through observation and feedback of our clients we created this once per month group to help you were you struggle the most, motivation, workout boredom, & consistency.
This group workout takes place once per month and is designed to inject some motivation, accountability, FUN, and intensity into your regular workout routine while still giving you our expertly designed programming.
This group is meant for intermediate level adults. You can expect to do sprints, agility, core, cardio and strength exercises. If you can’t slowly jog for 5mins without stopping, this group may not be for you.
