Outright Fitness & Performance is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious sales star to help grow our corporate wellness program. This is an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground-floor of growing a new business line for an established organization. 

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Generate a strong pipeline of qualified leads, conducting demos, and closing deals
  • Build a referral network, and nurture those opportunities
  • Take a challenger sales approach to win deals and deliver value for clients
  • Perform in accordance with a monthly quota and commission structure
  • Exhibit high energy and initiative
  • Successfully operate independently

 

Qualifications :

    • Corporate wellness and benefits experience. We are especially interested if you have experience selling either into HR / Benefits, or working with insurance plans
    • Self-motivated,  loves to hustle, can operate in a lean  environment, and able to hit the ground running on day 1
    • Problem solver, ambitious, curious, and with a strong work ethic
    • Strong communicator – verbal and written skills – and able to establish a quick rapport with prospects
    • An over-achiever who doesn’t take no for an answer, and can close and win deals in the face of adversity
    • Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and interact effectively with all levels of the organization to impact results
    • Excellent sales and presentation skills
