Give your teen the structure, guidance, and support they need to train safely and effectively—without the guesswork. The Assisted Teen Membership provides a customized training plan, app-based workout programming, and access to the Outright training facility during designated hours.

This membership is ideal for independent, motivated teens who want expert programming but don’t require in-person training for every session. Parents can feel confident knowing their teen is following a structured, professional plan while staying safe in a well-equipped environment.

What’s Included:

Customized training plan based on your teen’s individual goals

One-on-one session to review new plan updates and ensure proper exercise form
