This is not an entry-level program—it’s for athletes with a strong foundation who want to refine their skills in a competitive, high-performance training environment.
GROUP TRAINING OPTIONS
(Drop-in & Monthly Payment Options Available)
HS Elite Athletic: Monday & Wednesday | 6:30-7:45 PM – Primary strength, power, and speed development sessions.
Speed Sundays: Sundays | 1030-1145am – Advanced acceleration and topend training plus technical analysis.
Jump Training: Fridays 630-745p – Specialized training strictly targeting vertical jump development.
