Group workouts will focus on improving strength, jumping power, agility, speed and overall athleticism. Athletes will learn proper strength movement execution; coordinating upper and lower body to produce power; develop a positive mindset and self confidence.
Strength Training:
Our experienced trainers will teach the fundamentals of strength training, focusing on proper form, while developing strength and explosive power.
Athletic Coordination:
Coordination is a crucial and often challenging skill to develop in young athletes. Through patient guidance and engaging exercises, we make learning this vital skill both effective and enjoyable.
Speed & Power:
This program will focus on teaching about maximum effort, by learning how to coordinate the body to generate optimal power and speed.
