This is not an entry-level program—it’s for athletes with a strong foundation who want to refine their skills in a competitive, high-performance training environment.

GROUP TRAINING OPTIONS
(Drop-in & Monthly Payment Options Available)

HS Elite Athletic: Monday & Wednesday | 6:30-7:45 PM – Primary strength, power, and speed development sessions.

Speed Sundays: Sundays | 1030-1145am – Advanced acceleration and topend training plus technical analysis.

Jump Training: Fridays 630-745p – Specialized training strictly targeting vertical jump development.

These groups are for dedicated athletes who take their training seriously. If you’re looking to separate yourself from the competition, HS Elite Athletic Performance will take you there.
