Athletic coordination, power, and speed are best developed during a key neuromuscular “window of opportunity” in prepubescent athletes. During this stage, the nervous system is highly adaptable, making it the ideal time to refine movement patterns, improve reaction speed, and build explosive power.
Our Youth Athletic Group is designed to take full advantage of this window, introducing structured training that enhances
coordination, jumping mechanics, sprint technique, and strength—all in an age-appropriate, progressive way. Each session includes a balance of
speed and power work, along with foundational strength training, ensuring athletes build a strong movement foundation without overloading their developing bodies.
With a small group size (max 12 athletes), each participant gets high-quality coaching and individual attention, helping them gain confidence and athleticism that will carry over to sports and life.
