Sometimes, just knowing you need to get faster or you need to jump higher isn’t helpful in improving your performance. And just sprinting more or doing a bunch of box jumps isn’t going to move the needle much.
With our athletic performance testing, you will learn specific things to improve and how to improve them. With our clinical grade testing equipment and highly experienced coaches, you’ll get objective data and recommendations you can use to improve your athletic performance.
This is a 2-day process. If you’re unable to make a 2nd visit, the review can be done over the phone or email.

THINGS TO BRING:
Regular athletic shoes and attire.
Speed & Agility: Cleats if you have them, but they’re not required.
