This weekly training group is designed to tackle common fitness challenges adults face—staying motivated, overcoming workout boredom, and building consistency. Our sessions bring energy, accountability, fun, and intensity to keep your fitness routine engaging and effective.

📅 When: Saturdays, 9 AM – 10 AM
🏃‍♂️ Who It’s For: Intermediate-level adults looking to improve athleticism, endurance, and overall fitness.

Each session includes a mix of sprints, agility drills, core work, cardio, and strength exercises. To get the most out of this group, participants should be able to jog continuously for at least 5 minutes. If you’re not quite there yet, we recommend building up your endurance first before joining.
