Privacy Policy
What we collect, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it. Last updated 10 September 2026.
Outright Fitness LLC, trading as Outright Fitness & Performance, coaches people in person around North Austin and remotely through our training app. This policy explains what information we collect when you use outrightfitness.com, book a session, or train with us, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
We have tried to write it in plain language. If anything here is unclear, email info@outrightfitness.com and ask.
Who we are
Outright Fitness LLC is a Texas limited liability company. We are the controller of the information described here. Our mailing address and contact details are at the bottom of this page.
We also operate the Outright Workout Library. If you sign in there with the same account you use here, this policy covers that sign-in and the account details behind it.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Your name, email address, phone number and billing address when you create an account, buy something, or send us an enquiry.
- The athlete’s name and age band when you book training for someone in your family, along with anything you tell us about who is training.
- What you write in a contact form, a text message, an email, or a booking note.
Health and training information
Coaching safely means knowing what we are working with, so our intake questions and waivers ask about injuries, medical conditions, medications where relevant, and anything that limits what you can do. Performance testing produces measurements such as sprint times and jump heights. Remote coaching may include what you log in the app, check-in notes, and any form-check video you send us.
You choose how much of this to tell us. Telling us less means we coach with less information, which is your call to make. We treat it as confidential, we share it with your coach and nobody else, and we do not use it for advertising.
Booking and account records
Our scheduling system records the sessions you book, attend or cancel, your session credit balance, the waivers you have signed and when, and the family members on your account.
Payment information
We do not see or store your full card number. Payments run through Stripe and PayPal, who handle the card details directly. We receive a record of the transaction, the last four digits and card type, and a token that lets us charge a saved card for a subscription you have set up. You can remove a saved card from your account at any time.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours logs your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and when. We use cookies and similar technologies for things that have to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your cart, and for analytics and advertising as described below.
Children and family accounts
We coach a lot of young athletes, so this section matters.
- Accounts belong to adults. Our site and booking system are not intended for children to sign up on their own. A parent or legal guardian creates the account, adds the athlete as a family member, and signs the waiver.
- What we hold about a child is what a parent gave us: their name, age band, anything relevant to training them safely, and their booking and attendance history.
- Teen self-scheduling is optional and parent-controlled. If you switch it on, your athlete can book and cancel their own sessions by signing in with your phone number and their first name. You are emailed every time they book, move or cancel, and you can switch it off whenever you want.
- We do not market to children and we do not use a child’s information for advertising.
- Parents can ask. Email us and we will tell you what we hold about your child, correct it, or delete it. If we ever learn that a child under 13 gave us information directly without a parent involved, we delete it.
How we use information
- To coach you: writing your program, running your sessions, and keeping you safe while we do it.
- To run bookings, session credits, waivers and your account.
- To take payment and manage subscriptions and invoices.
- To reach you about your training: confirmations, reminders, schedule and weather changes, and replies to your questions.
- To send marketing emails and texts if you have opted in, and to stop as soon as you opt out.
- To understand how the site is used and how well our advertising works.
- To protect against fraud and misuse, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing.
We use service providers to run the business, and they only handle what they need to do their job for us:
- Website hosting: WP Engine.
- Payments: Stripe and PayPal.
- Email newsletters and updates: Constant Contact.
- Business calls and text messages: Quo.
- Training delivery: Trainerize, for clients whose programs are delivered through the app, and the Outright Workout Library.
- Analytics and advertising: Google and Meta, as described under Cookies and advertising.
- Sign-in: our authentication provider, which lets one account work across our sites.
If your training is delivered through Trainerize, your profile, programs, logged workouts and any messages you send your coach in the app live on Trainerize’s servers rather than ours, and their privacy policy governs what they do with that data alongside this one.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect someone’s safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business, in which case this policy travels with it.
Text messages
- Giving us your phone number and opting in means you agree to receive texts from Outright Fitness & Performance.
- Most of our texts are replies to something you sent us, session reminders, or a schedule or weather change. If we send promotional texts, expect no more than two a month.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply HELP, or email us, for help.
- We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text message content with third parties for their marketing.
- We do not record phone calls. Our phone provider keeps call metadata such as the number, date and duration.
Photos and video
We sometimes take photos or short videos during sessions and use them on our website, social media and advertising. If you or your athlete would rather not appear, tell your coach or email us and we will keep you out of them. If something is already published and you want it taken down, ask and we will remove it.
Form-check video you send us as part of coaching is used to coach you and is never published without asking you first.
Cookies and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads and Meta advertising tools to run and measure ads, including showing our ads to people who have visited the site. These tools set cookies and may record which pages you viewed and whether you bought something.
You can control most of this yourself: your browser settings manage cookies, Google offers an opt-out for Analytics, and Google and Meta both have ad preference settings in your account with them. Most browsers also send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, and we honour GPC where our tools support it.
How long we keep it
We keep account, booking and health information for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back and so we have a record of the waiver you signed. We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. When information is no longer needed for any of these, we delete it or strip it of anything that identifies you.
Security
Our site runs over HTTPS on managed hosting with automatic backups. Card details are handled by our payment processors and never stored on our systems. Access to client records is limited to coaches who need it, and accounts are protected by individual passwords.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and take it seriously.
Your choices
- See what we hold. Ask and we will tell you.
- Correct it. Most of it you can edit yourself under My Account; email us for the rest.
- Delete it. Ask and we will delete what we are not required to keep. Cancel any active subscription first, because deleting the account it belongs to does not stop the billing.
- Stop marketing. Click unsubscribe in any email, reply STOP to any text, or email us. Booking confirmations, reminders and billing notices are not marketing and continue while you are a client.
- Opt out of tracking. See Cookies and advertising above.
Email info@outrightfitness.com for any of these. We will respond within 45 days, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Other sites and apps
Our site links to places we do not control, and some of our products are delivered through third-party apps and marketplaces, including workout charts sold on Amazon. Once you are on someone else’s platform, their privacy policy governs what they do with your information, not this one.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when what we do changes. The date at the top tells you when it last changed. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will tell clients directly rather than relying on you to re-read the page.
