I was introduced to Ernest by my now wife about a year ago. The process has been like nothing else I have ever experienced. I had a history of on again off again exercise routines. I would train “hard” for a couple weeks, then gradually my interest and motivation would wane. This has not been the case for the last year. The environment established by Ernest and Outright is so welcoming and team based, I have had no trouble finding the motivation to not only work, but work harder than ever before. I don’t really know how to describe the atmosphere except to say it must be experienced firsthand. The results are coming, and for helping me find the continued motivation day after day, I am extremely grateful.
