Teen Athletic Group
Our Teen Athletic Group offers small, personalized sessions for athletes ages 13-15. These sessions focus on speed, jumping power, multi-directional movement, coordination, and full-body strength. Additionally, we help build self-confidence, helping teens excel in sports and life.
With groups limited to around 10 athletes, each teen receives individual attention in a supportive environment. As a result, they can expect real progress and preparation for future athletic challenges.
Group Schedule: Saturdays, 10:15–11:30 AM

Performance-Driven Training
We focus on building athletic strengths while addressing areas for improvement. Each session is designed with age-appropriate exercises to develop speed, strength, and agility.
Through proper mechanics and intentional movement, teens learn to enhance their performance and reduce injury risks. Additionally, training covers key skills like sprinting, jumping, and overall athletic movement—preparing them for success in their sport..
Focused, Individualized Coaching
In large groups, teens often miss the attention needed to improve. That’s why we limit our Teen Athletic Group to around 10 athletes. This small setting allows for personalized coaching and focused development, ideal for teens serious about advancing their skills. With smaller groups, each athlete gets the individual attention to refine technique, build strength, and enhance performance. As a result, your teen will see real progress that translates into better performance in their sport.
