Youth Athletic Group
Our Youth Athletic Group offers small, personalized training sessions. These sessions focus on developing key athletic skills, such as multi-directional movement, coordination, total-body strength, and work ethic. In addition, we emphasize building self-confidence, which helps kids thrive both on and off the field, court, or track. Each group is limited to 8-10 athletes to ensure personalized attention, making it ideal for ages 10-13.
Group Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5-6 PM
Flexible scheduling available week to week.
Developmental Approach
We focus on improving your athlete’s weaknesses while also nurturing their strengths. Each athlete trains with age-appropriate exercises that are specifically designed to develop overall strength, speed, and agility. By utilizing proper mechanics and intentional movement, athletes learn to maximize their performance. In addition, training covers key areas such as sprinting, jumping, throwing, and overall movement, all geared toward enhancing performance in their chosen sport.
More Personalized Training
Large groups can be fun, but they often lack focus and personalized attention. That’s why we offer small-group training, which provides the perfect environment for athletes who are serious about improvement. In particular, our Youth Athletic Group is ideal for young athletes who are focused, coachable, and eager to improve. With smaller groups, each athlete gets more individualized coaching and a higher-quality training experience. As a result, this directly leads to better performance in their sport.
