Foundational Development

We tailor every workout to nurture your 7–9 year-old’s natural strengths while guiding them through new challenges. Using fun, age-appropriate games, drills, and exercises, we teach:

  • Core Movement Mechanics – Proper running form, jumping technique, and intent development

  • Balance & Coordination – Interactive drills that build spatial awareness and body control

  • Agility & Quickness – Mini-relay races and obstacle courses to sharpen change-of-direction skills

  • Confidence & Teamwork – Supportive, small-group environment where effort is celebrated

By emphasizing correct movement patterns from day one, kids learn to move safely and effectively—laying the groundwork for long-term athletic development & performance in any sport.

More Personalized Training

Small groups spark confidence and ensure every 7–9-year-old gets the guidance they need. Our KidAthletic Foundation sessions are designed for curious kids ready to master fundamental movements in a fun, supportive setting. With just 6–8 participants per class, coaches can focus on each child’s mechanics—correcting form, encouraging safe progressions, and tailoring games to their developmental stage.
