1. Get Assessed
Kick things off with a performance assessment to identify your strengths, movement quality, and position-specific needs.
2. Choose Your Plan
Select 1 or 2 structured workouts per week.
Workouts are tailored to your position and progress every 4 weeks.
3. Weekend Access
Train anytime Fri–Sun, 9:30am–9:30pm

✔ 30 minutes of free cage time each weekend
4. Use the App
Access your workouts, track your progress, and stay consistent—all through our easy-to-use training app.
5. Get Coaching Support
✅ First 30 days: Hands-on coaching to teach you proper form and training strategies
