FAQ
How many days per week?
Our Teen Athletic Group currently meets once per week on Saturdays from 10:15–11:30 AM. We may add additional days in the future.
Does my teen need training experience?
Nope! All we ask is that they come ready to learn. This group is designed for entry to intermediate-level teens, with coaching that meets them where they are.
What should they bring?
Just regular athletic attire and shoes—we’ll handle the rest!
Do you offer personal training?
Yes! We offer one-on-one personal training with 30-minute and 60-minute options for teens who want more individualized coaching.
Do you offer a more advanced group option?
Yes! We have several training options for elite high school athletes looking to take their performance to the next level. (Ask us about our HS Elite Performance Groups!)
