Adult Athletic Group
Does your routine get a little stale? Our Adult Athletic Workout Group adds dynamic variety to your routine. In our groups you can expect sprints, agility drills, barbell work, plyometrics, cardio, and strength exercises. Designed to help you move better, get stronger, and push your fitness to the next level.
Group Schedule: Saturdays 9:30-10:30 am
Beginner-Intermediate Level

What to Expect
Each session includes a mix of sprints, agility drills, core work, cardio, and strength exercises. To get the most out of this group, participants should be able to jog continuously for at least 5 minutes. If you’re not quite there yet, we recommend building up your endurance first before joining.
