Adult Athletic Group
Does your routine get a little stale? Our Adult Athletic Workout Group adds dynamic variety to your routine. In our groups you can expect sprints, agility drills, barbell work, plyometrics, cardio, and strength exercises. Designed to help you move better, get stronger, and push your fitness to the next level.
Group Schedule: Saturdays 9:30-10:30 am & Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 pm

What to Expect

Each class includes a mix of sprints, agility drills, core work, cardio, and strength exercises. Workouts are designed for beginner to intermediate fitness levels, with modifications available for all abilities.
