For the developing track and field athletes. Programs designed to be completed at home with little equipment. All you need are light to medium dumbbells. If you have more, great, but it’s not needed.
Programs are designed in 8 week training cycles, 5 days per week and are pre-scheduled within our app. Athletes can call or message us directly to get help with form and nutrition.
THIS IS NOT a P90X or Zoom aerobics class workout, not even comparable. These workouts are designed by USATF and Nationally certified personal trainers and coaches specifically to develop the general strength, speed, power, and flexibility of track athletes.
