Our camp provides targeted speed training using mini sleds and resistance bands, helping your child improve their acceleration and sprinting capabilities. They’ll also work on agility through ladder movements and change of direction drills, honing their footwork and quickness. Power development will be targeted proven conventional methods such as through the use of med balls and sleds, enabling your child to build explosive power.

In addition to physical skills, our camp includes competition drills that enhance mental toughness and competitiveness. Your child will learn to handle pressure, develop resilience, and rise to challenges with confidence. They’ll also have the opportunity to interact with other young athletes who share their passion for football, fostering camaraderie and teamwork.
