Indoor Youth Speed Camp

THIS SPEED CAMP IS DESIGNED FOR THE BEGINNER ATHLETE ages 12-14yrs.

Within 8 weeks  will focus on fundamentals to developing the athlete. We’ll work on skills such as work ethic, coordination, speed specific strength building, running mechanics, flexibility, and basic nutrition.

Success will be measured by pre/post strength, coordination, and speed tests as well as their attendance, work ethic, and assigned homework completion.

When: 8 week program, Tues 6-7pm,  (03/19-4/23)
Where: Sharp End Athletics; 8990 Research Blvd.
How much: $184 ($23/training session) OR $30 to drop-in at anytime
