Speed & Performance

 

This program improves running speed & performance in everyday folks, recreational and competitive athletes of all major sport disciplines while helping participants overcome weight loss plateaus and lower body fat.  The ultimate goal of all ORT programs is to promote an active lifestyle through sustainable training.

This program is better suited for those who are able to complete 1-mile at 10mins or faster.  If you’re unsure about your mile time, we invite to attend a Testing/Assessment day at no cost.  Check out our FAQ Page for more information.

Our training system uses proven methods scientifically based around some of the oldest sports in history, running and sprinting.  The program structure starts with and returns to an Orientation, Testing, and Assessment period, referred to as OTA week.  OTA week consists of two phase where you’ll be tested in 10 areas: nutrition, long speed endurance, short speed endurance, acceleration speed, baseline speed, agility, power, general strength, and spinal/postural strength.

PRICING STRUCTURE

We price training on a monthly basis.  Every 5 weeks will consist of 1 assessment week and 4 training weeks.  Pricing options below gives you access to all of our indoor/outdoor training groups.

  • $99: Workout 2 times per week
  • $135: Workout 3 times per week
  • $170: Workout UNLIMITED workouts per week

TRAINING STRUCTURE

Our training is ongoing and year-round.  The structure progresses over a 6 week cycle, but since we bill monthly you have the option to train short or long term depending on your sport’s training season and or fitness goals.

 PLEASE NOTE:

In subsequent weeks following OTA week, four weeks of training begins!  Our coaches will lead you through exercises and drills that will develop the 10 areas tested in a systematic and sustainable method.  The work and effort you put in during the four weeks between OTAs will result in fitness, performance, and body composition improvements.

What to Bring:

  • Watch with a stopwatch function.  <<<Please Remember!
  • Bring water or other recovery drink to every workout.
  • Bring a mat if you need extra cushion.  Mats aren’t needed for indoor locations.
  • Have a protein source in your workout bag or in the car for post workout.
  • Bring weightlifting to protect your hands.
