All members have 24 hr access to our facility.
There’s 25 yds of turf space that you can actually wear cleats on, Olympic lifting platforms, squat racks, plyo boxes, trap bars, GHD, bungees, spin bike, treadmill and much more.
We have open floor space for you to do sprints, push sleds, jumps, throw med balls, and any plyometric or agility exercises you can think of and more. We have everything you need to train those fast twitch muscle fibers, develop strength, and improve overall fitness.
This option is good for those who know what they’re doing.
With the assisted membership option, you use our gym at your convenience, but you will use our custom mobile app to guide you through personalized workouts and the added bonus of having our coaches available to teach and guide when you need help.
We offer personal training in a semi-private environment for athletes and personal training clients.
Use our online calendar to schedule your gym workouts in advance any time/day that’s available.
