Legend:
(*): Indicates an improvement, a P.R: Personal Record.
(n/c): Not Completed.
(r): Repetitions
(a/r)(u/r): Assisted/Unassisted reps. Not just women, but over 80% of “people” cannot pull their own body weight. So to preserve form and still measure upper body strength we offer a band assisted option for pull-ups.
(i): Injured. Safety is most important. If an athlete broke sprained their ankle playing volleyball over the weekend, then you may see this symbol in place of a their mile time.
(s): Seconds.
(k/r) & (t/r): Kneeling Reps/Toe Reps. Sometimes guys will put their egos before good form. When measuring upper body strength we want an accurate report versus sheer numbers. So if the athlete feels they cannot maintain good form for the duration of the test we have them perform k/r push-ups.
