Physical adaptations occur when a routine is followed for 6-9 weeks. It’s counter-productive to change your workouts too frequently. After an evaluation, we place you on a 4, 6, or 9 week program that progresses in intensity as you progress. At the end of a program phase, you have the option to transition to a new phase of training that will compliment your progress and enable your body to continue to improve and develop.
