Typical at-home workout videos and youtube fitness channels give out generic workouts that don’t progress based on your actual abilities and real-time progressions. We conduct video and phone evaluations to determine your initial program setup. Once your workout program is built to your satisfaction, the training plan progresses every two weeks based on your actual progress.
We’ve found an effective way to not only offer strength and conditioning programs, but we also offer advanced training techniques often used for athletic performance development and or high level body building programs.
Physical adaptations occur when a routine is followed for 6-9 weeks. It’s counter-productive to change your workouts too frequently. After an evaluation, we place you on a 4, 6, or 9 week program that progresses in intensity as you progress. At the end of a program phase, you have the option to transition to a new phase of training that will compliment your progress and enable your body to continue to improve and develop.
