With group training everyone does the same workout at the pace of the group without any real program implementation. Semi-private training is like personal training, but at a fraction of 1-on-1 costs. You may be in the gym with 1 or 4 other clients/athletes, but each are doing a program specific to them at their own pace and ability.
You don’t have to be fast to do sprint workouts, but you should at least be someone who runs on their own from time to time. Sprint workouts are not appropriate for individuals just starting an active lifestyle.
