Community Sprints

Saturdays | 7:00am – 8:30am

Authentic sprint workouts for beginners to experienced lead by experienced coaches.

Speed IS relative, you don’t need to be “fast” to benefit from this workout. And we don’t judge you if you’re inexperienced, we’ll teach you. We have an inclusive and amazing community of people who will make you feel a part of the family.

Our Sprint Workout groups are a one of a kind opportunity for the community to engage in sprints done right, safe, and effective. You don’t have to be a sprinter or run fast to do our sprint workout, but you do have to be ready to work and have fun.

Have a “work” mindset, trust your coach, listen, and embrace the process…you’ll enjoy this workout.

LUNCH TIME GRIND

Tuesday/Thursdays | 12:00pm – 1:00pm

Sorry guys, this class is for women only.  All fitness levels welcome.
Lunch Time Grind incorporates the best elements of HIIT, body weight movements and strength exercises.

FAMILY FITNESS

STARTING FEB. 5TH. 2017!

Monday/Wednesday/Fridays | 3:30pm – 4:15pm

This class is for parents of (All Levels) and Your kids ages 7-11

This unique 45min class allows you and your child(ren) to engage in exercise together!

We’ll teach and guide the parents through exercises involving body weight, bands, medicine balls, and free weights. Your youngster will have their own workout to complete with the other kids under supervision and coaching of a certified coach.

Train Like an Athlete

Sorry fellas, this is a (WONEN’S ONLY) Class

Train Like an Athlete is a Group workout designed for women and a range of fitness levels from the intimidated, to the former athlete, to the current athlete and everyone in between.

This group is also great if you’re an individual looking to progress from the general fitness boot camp type workout into something that’ll not only add to your physique but also to the way you move, the way you perform.

Beginners, we’ll teach you, don’t worry, don’t be intimidated, we got you!

To develop better glutes and decrease body fat, this group incorporates sprints, free weights, agility, plyos, core work, and conditioning.
