WHAT is ORF?
A highly specialized, detailed, and structured training system that first and foremost develops and improves your mindset, then general fitness and subsequently develops and improves performance. We benefit everyday folks as well as experienced athletes of all major sports and activities.
We have taken arguable the most valued and complex skills in most major sports “speed specific strength/power, agility, speed endurance and raw speed”, then molded it into a program that develops and improves the fitness and performance of novice and intermediate individuals in a way that is sustainable physically and will not create aversions to fitness mentally.
We make it a point to be inclusive to everyday people. However speed, agility and power are skills that compliment individuals of most fitness levels. We carefully selected physical skills that are often avoided by the general public because many are intimidated by speed training, they feel they have to already be fast to train fast. We’re changing the way people think about performance training.
