Michelle Before & After.

We coach “progressive”, “sustainable”, and “rational” approaches to achieving and sustaining fitness goals.   We don’t believe in gimmick programs.

As far as specially designed workouts go….there’s nothing new under the sun.  It’s more about well designed workouts properly implemented.  It’s about changing the way you look at food.  It’s about goal setting.  It’s about dedication and hard work.  It’s about great coaching.  It’s about great coach/athlete relationships.
